There are still spaces available for the mega tough Ballbuster duathlon on the 8th Nov. The event, an 8 mile run, 24 mile bike and 8 mile run over Boxhill is very very hard and many fail each year. It is equivelent to a marathon and should be treated with the utmost respect. Numbers are limited and will be full very soon.
